• Rust removal: HCl Acid is a strong detergent, used to clean metal surfaces, remove dirt, stubborn stains and rust.
  Chemical production: HCl is widely used in the production of other chemicals, such as vinyl chloride for the production of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), as well as in the production of other inorganic and organic compounds.

4. Safety notes when using HCl acid

• Always wear gloves, masks, glasses and protective clothing when in contact with HCl.
• Dilute HCl with water before use. Always pour acid slowly into water, not the other way around to avoid dangerous acid splashes.
• Avoid direct contact of HCl with skin, eyes and respiratory tract. If exposed to acid, rinse immediately with clean water and go to the nearest medical facility.
  Do not mix HCl with other chemicals, especially strong oxidizing agents such as Chlorine.

5. Instructions for using HCl Acid

Removing rust from steel: Dilute HCl with water in a ratio of 1:10. Soak the item to be rusted in the solution for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse with water.

Cleaning ceramic tiles: Dilute HCl with water in a ratio of 1:20. Use a cloth soaked in the solution to wipe the ceramic tile surface, then rinse with clean water.

Cleaning the house: Dilute HCl with water in a ratio of 1:50. Use the solution to clean the floor, bathroom, then rinse with clean water.

Reduce the PH in swimming pool water:

– Check the PH in swimming pool water.

– Dilute 32% HCl Acid in a ratio of 1/10.

– Turn off the pool’s filtration system before adding HCl.

– Slowly pour the diluted HCl solution into the pool.

– Turn on the filtration system and let it run for about 2-4 hours to evenly dissolve the solution in the pool.

– Check the pH again and adjust accordingly.
